Key Responsibilities Manage Accounts Receivable & Payable HR administrative support Assist in Purchasing and Inventory Control General office administrative tasks Other varied duties that our dynamic business may require Position Requirements 3 - 5 years of related professional experience Higher education/degree preferred but not required Quick Books competence a plus Microsoft Office experience with strength in MS Excel Strong work ethic - produces a high level of output Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities Strong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracy Proven ability to lead out in assigned areas and consistently follow through Outstanding teamwork and communication skills Customer service orientation with proven ability to delight customers Competitive pay and employee benefits commensurate with experience Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
