Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your administrative expertise, multitasking abilities, and organizational skills. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and clients with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously Maintain organized filing system Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings with attention to detail Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and assist with basic office bookkeeping tasks Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries efficiently and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Assist with office management duties including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility organization Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience in customer service or support roles that require patience and professionalism Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks Maintain accurate financial and business records including reporting sales tax Process accounts payables and receivables using
