This new SaaS solution delivers the most innovative and effective equipment finance solution in the B2B equipment market. APPROVE customers, who are commercial and industrial equipment sellers, embed the APPROVE platform at their points-of-sale to offer their customers financing options from a network of APPROVE lenders. The Office Operations & Culture Manager (OOCM) serves as the heartbeat of our office. This role is highly multi-faceted, combining traditional office administration with intern program management, company culture development, and marketing support. The OOCM ensures the team and office environment remain organized, professional, and buzzing with energy so the organization can focus on rapid growth. This role provides hands-on exposure to every department in the company, from sales and marketing to marketplace operations and human resources.
OOCM responsibilities include:

Providing high-level administrative support, including managing office facilities, IT coordination, and supplier communications via the support inbox. Managing the intern program, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding based on the UNCW school schedule. Assist with talent acquisition by screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and conducting preliminary interviews. Coordinating logistics for the Sales team, including trade show booth furnishings, travel arrangements, and lead retrieval setup. Supporting Marketing efforts through social media content creation and maintaining the company's "swag" inventory. Overseeing Marketplace Operations by tracking rental dates, following up on equipment returns, and verifying security deposits. Highly organized and detail-oriented, especially regarding sensitive rental data and intern compliance. A proactive problem-solver who can handle customer support calls and assist with website processes. Motivated by creating a positive, inclusive workplace environment for the whole team. Our team is made up of truly great people and we are led by a respected entrepreneur with a record for building successful businesses.
