Front Office Administrator The Front Desk Administrator is more than an office manager; you are the Chief Customer Service Officer for our practice. You are the heart of the patient experience, responsible for ensuring every interaction is positive, seamless, and reflects our commitment to high-quality care. This role demands a professional demeanor, exceptional people skills, and a proactive approach to supporting our patients.Key Responsibilities:
Focusing on Service Excellence Patient Experience & Communication Management Provide a warm, welcoming concierge service: Greet and check-in/check-out patients with genuine warmth, ensuring all necessary information is handled quickly and discreetly. Maintain open, clear, and empathetic communication between patients, the front office, and the clinical team. Administrative & Financial Support for Care Manage patient records with meticulous accuracy, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.Communicate financial clarity:
Present financial arrangements clearly, professionally, and empathetically, ensuring patients are comfortable and informed about their investment in health. Process payments accurately, manage daily balancing, and handle billing with discretion. Oversee general office organization, ensuring the reception area is always clean, inviting, and professional.Qualifications & Skills Required:
