$55,000 to $65,000 Position Summary The Office Administrator/Receptionist serves as the central administrative hub of the organization. This role supports business operations by coordinating administrative processes, maintaining accurate internal systems and records, and facilitating communication between departments. The Office Administrator/Receptionist plays a key role in supporting the sales team, managing office logistics, and ensuring operational tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Additionally, the role helps maintain organized workflows, supports reporting and tracking needs, and assists with coordinating resources and internal activities. Through strong organization, attention to detail, and proactive support, the Office Manager helps create a well-structured, responsive, and productive office environment that enables the team to operate effectively. Core Responsibilities Assist with inbound and outbound phone calls Assist with call tracking management Monitor and respond to incoming leads (website, email, form fills, phone) Enter, track, and organize leads in CRM and tracking software Schedule and assign leads to appropriate team members Follow up on uncontacted or pending leads Assist with maintaining lead tracking accuracy and reporting Assist with ordering Eagle View/Roof Reports Assist with running any errands for the office and getting mail from the post office Assist with depositing checks into the bank account Assist with planning & scheduling internal team events Assist with review management and sending review links Assist with keeping the office in order and running smoothly on a day to day basis Assist with other office duties and projects as assigned
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
