Business Office Manager (BOM)

Business Office Manager/Human Resources Adept Nursing and Rehab of Ashland, is seeking a highly skilled Business Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our business office, ensuring efficient and effective management of our financial resources.

Responsibilities:

Manage the business office, including accounting, billing, revenue cycle operations, and payroll Develop and implement processes to improve financial performance, reduce costs, and increase revenue Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, payers, and other external partners

Requirements:

Experience in a business office or related field High level of organization, attention to detail, and analytical skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
