$20.00-$22.00/hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1st Shift) What You'll Do As the Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of daily operations, ensuring tenants, applicants, and property systems run efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing tenant applications, leases, and renewals Coordinating annual rent adjustments Handling rent collection and basic accounting functions Overseeing maintenance requests and property inspections Providing excellent customer service to tenants and prospective renters Preparing and distributing a monthly tenant newsletter Conducting applicant screenings, including background and landlord reference checks Managing and maintaining applicant waitlists What You Bring We're looking for a professional who combines strong administrative capabilities with financial know-how and people skills: Experience with bookkeeping, including QuickBooks Knowledge of accounts payable and receivable, rent collection, bank reconciliation, and payroll Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities Property management experience preferred, especially in Affordable Housing or HUD-related environments Familiarity with HUD regulations, property management software, and financial management practices is a plus Why You'll Love This Role You'll play a key role in creating a well-managed, welcoming community while building your professional experience in property management and office operations.
