Job Summary Southwest Farm and Auto Supply, your locally owned and operated NAPA Auto Parts store is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations, ensuring that the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally. Your energetic approach and exceptional organizational skills will support various administrative functions, enhance customer service experiences, and maintain a welcoming environment for staff. If you thrive in fast-paced settings and possess a passion for multitasking with precision, this opportunity is perfect for you! Duties Handle some inventory entry and filing to maintain accurate records and ensure clarity in all communications Process invoices and direct them to appropriate channels Utilize computer skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and NAPA software Support bookkeeping activities and coordinate with the Accounts Receivable and Payable clerk. Provide exceptional customer service by supporting customers, vendors, and employees with timely responses and support Handle daily end of day accounting Order office supplies and monitor facility maintenance Qualifications Proven office management experience with a strong background in administrative support or clerical roles Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry tools Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment Strong typing skills coupled with attention to detail for proofreading documents and managing records accurately This is a flexible position with the opportunity to be full or part time.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
