Job Description

About Us D3 Interiors is a premier interior design firm celebrating 20 years of creating beautiful spaces. We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager and Bookkeeper to be the administrative backbone of our fast-paced design team. Key Responsibilities Front Office & Administration:
Greet clients, manage multi-line phones, coordinate incoming inventory deliveries, schedule vendor appointments, and maintain overall office organization.
Bookkeeping & Accounting:
Perform daily bookkeeping, process invoices, post customer payments, and manage company credit card reconciliations. Prepare monthly accounting reports (WIP, commissions) and assist with bank deposits and vendor correspondence.
HR & Payroll Support:
Assist with payroll processing, maintain employee records (W-9s, W-4s), and handle new employee setup and commission payouts.
Inventory & Operations:
Unpack and enter new inventory into Sage software, manage pricing/tagging, update inventory records, and assist with year-end inventory counts. Qualifications Previous office management, bookkeeping, or administrative experience preferred. Familiarity with bookkeeping and accounting software (experience with Sage is highly preferred). Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills. High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality with financial data. Reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
