Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our administrative office. This vital role ensures smooth office functions, manages communication channels, and supports staff and visitors with professionalism and warmth. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency with office management tools to help our school thrive. Responsibilities Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and directing inquiries with friendly professionalism Oversee multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and route messages accurately Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and record keeping using digital tools like Microsoft Office and childcare management software Support bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, expense tracking, and basic financial recordkeeping Provide exceptional customer support to parents, staff, and visitors through courteous phone etiquette and personalized assistance Assist with clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and procurement Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within educational or comparable settings Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette Experience supervising and scheduling office/clerical staff Experience with bookkeeping is a plus for financial responsibilities Knowledge of front desk procedures, multi-line phone systems, filing systems, and clerical best practices Personal assistant or medical/dental receptionist experience is advantageous for handling sensitive information efficiently Join our team as an Office Manager to play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence.
