  • Full-time Langdon Place of Exeter Business Office Manager (BOM) Langdon Place of Exeter is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager (BOM) to oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of the facility.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on quality care and operational excellence.
Compensation:
$25
  • 28 per hour, depending on experience
Responsibilities Include:
Managing resident accounts, trust funds, and accounts receivable Overseeing Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and private pay billing Coordinating admissions paperwork and financial documentation Ensuring accurate resident financial records and compliance Assisting with payroll, HR support, and office operations as needed Communicating effectively with residents, families, and insurance providers Supporting a positive and professional office environment
Qualifications:
Previous BOM experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing processes Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Experience with PointClickCare or similar systems preferred
