  • Full-time We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations while managing the company's financial records.
This position plays a key role in maintaining an efficient workplace, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, and supporting management with administrative and financial tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management Manage daily office operations and administrative functions. Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist customers and vendors. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and filing systems. Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Bookkeeping Record and maintain accurate financial transactions. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Process invoices, and payments Assist with payroll processing and employee records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office management, bookkeeping, or a related role. Proficiency with accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office procedures.
