Job Description

We are looking to add a Lower Elementary (Grades 1-3) Office Manager/ Student Support Provider to our team. This person will greet, serve, and work closely with students, educators, parents and guests by performing primary reception functions, first aid and student support. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional who can undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure, be flexible and be able multi-task. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results. Applicants must also be able to pass a state of NH background check. Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to: Support students that are taking a break in the office. This could include checking in, giving space, implementing regulation strategies, leading a Montessori Peace Table, filling out a Problem Solving Sheet, etc. Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, students and families, suppliers, and service providers Perform receptionist duties which includes early dismissal and late arrival management, scheduling maintenance crews and managing deliveries Perform general office tasks, filing, copying, mailings, ordering and/or any other tasks directed by supervisor. Monitor daily student attendance, including contacting parents Support staff with different seasonal projects Administer basic First Aid and dispense medication Run Drop Off/Pick Up daily Provide lunch and recess supervision as needed Skills Experience with children grades 1-3 Proven experience as an office assistant, or in another relevant administrative role Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
