Join Lost River Valley Campground - Store Clerk / Office Administrator We are immediately hiring a versatile, customer-focused individual to cover both our Store Clerk and Office Administrator duties, ensuring seamless operation for our guests. This dynamic role requires strong multitasking, organizational skills, and a positive attitude. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

Retail & Sales:

Greet customers warmly, process POS transactions, maintain product knowledge, restock/organize displays, manage cash, and promote items to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Administration & Operations:

Manage efficient daily office operations, answer/direct calls professionally, handle filing/data entry, assist guests with seamless check-ins/check-outs, and maintain digital/physical filing systems.

Customer Service:

Handle all guest inquiries professionally and provide excellent, professional customer service. What We're Looking For (Qualifications): Prior retail and/or administration experience is a plus. Must have proven sales ability, POS comfort, and familiarity with standard office software. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (written/verbal) and strong teamwork skills. Eagerness to learn and a positive, proactive attitude. Hospitality experience is a bonus. Why Join Us?
