In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily front desk operations, and coordinate administrative functions to maintain a seamless and welcoming environment. Your leadership will set the tone for fostering a positive atmosphere that encourages guest satisfaction and team engagement. If you thrive in fast-paced settings, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for hospitality management, this is your opportunity to shine! Duties Supervise and coordinate all front desk activities, including check-in/check-out procedures and guest inquiries Work with a variety of clients in this area nonprofit agency, serving the underserved communities of people who use drugs and high-risk individuals for contracting HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. Maintain a professional appearance and uphold phone etiquette standards at all times Strong knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs in a multilingual environment Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve an international clientele effectively
Pay:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
