Northern New Jersey Position:
Full-Time We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to support the daily operations of our growing commercial real estate and property management company. The ideal candidate will have strong QuickBooks experience, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations Manage accounts payable and receivable Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and contractors Track invoices, contracts, and property records Assist with reporting, scheduling, and administrative support Answer phones, emails, and provide professional customer service Qualifications 3+ years of office management or administrative experience Strong QuickBooks knowledge required Commercial real estate or property management experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and communication skills Compensation Competitive salary based on experience, paid time off, and opportunities for growth.
