Morristown, NJ $28-$32per hour Full Time | Temp-to-Hire PrideStaff is seeking a professional and detail-oriented Team Administrator for a premier regulatory compliance company in Morristown, NJ. About the
Role:
We are looking for a versatile Administrator to provide high-level support to a dynamic team of compliance professionals. This is not a traditional Executive Assistant role; while it involves high-level coordination, your primary focus will be serving as the "operational glue" for the entire team, ensuring that business processes run smoothly and client deliverables are organized.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Coordination:
Managing shared calendars, scheduling internal meetings, and coordinating team-wide logistics.
Document Management:
Assisting in the preparation, formatting, and proofreading of compliance reports and client presentations.
Operational Support:
Streamlining office workflows, managing digital filing systems, and ensuring data integrity.
Communication:
Serving as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders and assisting with client-facing inquiries.
Qualifications:
3+ years of administrative experience, ideally within professional services (Legal, Finance, or Consulting). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A sharp eye for formatting and grammar; accuracy is critical in this industry. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $32.00 Per Hour
