Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Union, NJ. The Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of a fast-paced dental practice, ensuring smooth office management and a high-quality patient experience. Core responsibilities include coordinating administrative processes, supervising office staff, facilitating patient communication, maintaining office supplies, and resolving operational issues. The Office Manager will act as a key liaison between staff and management to uphold operational standards and promote efficiency. Qualifications Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and team collaboration Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, including scheduling, record-keeping, and organizational tasks Familiarity with Office Equipment and related technologies to ensure efficient office functionality Problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset to address operational needs Leadership experience is highly preferred, with a capability to manage and motivate a team Understanding of dental terminology and prior experience in a dental or healthcare setting are strong advantages Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office management, business administration, or a related field is desirable
