We are:
CIVIC Financial Services - we provide Mortgage Brokers and Real Estate Investors with a reliable and cost-effective funding source for their real estate investment needs. Bridge Loans (Fix and Flip, Ground Up, Multifamily, Stabilized bridge) Term DSCR loans (Rentals, Rental Portfolios) Who you are:
  • 3+ years' experience in BPL lending with a Business Purpose Loan book ($2MM monthly minimum)
  • 3+ years' Leadership experience as an Office Manager
  • Have strong communication skills; Comfortable using technology
  • Have a passion for coaching, mentoring, and developing Loan Originators
  • Are dependable, detail-oriented, discreet, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
What You'll Do:
  • Accountability for day to day operational decisions and the effective sales and administrative management of the office.
  • Motivate, train and retain effective Loan Originators.
  • Track and report key performance indicators to leadership
  • Coordinate and attend manager meetings and other company events, as required.
  • Continue to originate loans as a team member (Loan Originator) What We Offer - Competitive Base pay +
