Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Overview A small family owned business is seeking a reliable and organized Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, professional, and capable of handling a variety of office management and bookkeeping responsibilities. Responsibilities Manage daily office operations and administrative functions enter and maintain accounts payable and and accounts receivable records Reconcile credit card transactions and bank statements Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments Maintain accurate financial and office records Manage fleet registrations and renewals Provide general administrative support as needed Skills Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software and strong computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications. Strong customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette for handling inquiries via phone or email Experience in office management or administrative roles with demonstrated proficiency in clerical tasks such as data entry, proofreading, filing, and calendar management

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
