Candidate must be extremely personable yet professional, with excellent phone communication skills, computer proficiency, and a fast learner. Multi-tasking with ease and attention to detail are extremely important! Other duties include greeting guests, scheduling appointments, collecting payments/reconciling end-of-day totals, managing front desk staff, resolving patient frustrations and concerns, and other general office duties. Knowledge of insurance procedures is helpful. Also, must be able to speak fluent English; Spanish fluency a plus. Other skills required include proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
