Job Description
Are you organized, driven, and looking for more than a basic bookkeeping role? We're a fast-paced electrical service company looking for a sharp Bookkeeper / Service Operations Coordinator who wants real exposure to service management, scheduling, customer coordination, and business operations . This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to grow into service management or operations leadership . What You'll Do Handle daily bookkeeping: invoicing, deposits, expenses, and job costing Support service operations: work orders, service tickets, and billing accuracy Coordinate with technicians, customers, and management Track service jobs from call-in to close-out Assist with reporting that drives pricing, efficiency, and scheduling decisions What We're Looking For Highly organized, motivated, and dependable Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and accounting software (QuickBooks or Jobber a plus) Strong communication skills with customers and technicians Interest in service operations, business management, or leadership growth Entry-level or early-career candidates encouraged — attitude matters more than experience Why This Role Stands Out Not a back-office-only bookkeeping job Direct involvement in day-to-day service operations Learn how a service business runs in real time Mentorship and growth into Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Admin Your work directly impacts response time, customer satisfaction, and profitability
