About Torres Welding:
Locally owned for over 43 years, Torres Welding specializes in custom iron work and metal buildings. We offer a stable, team-oriented work environment with long-term opportunity. Torres Welding is seeking a dependable and organized Office Administrator with QuickBooks experience to manage daily office operations, customer accounts, and job scheduling. This role is essential to keeping projects organized and running on schedule.
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and assist customers Manage emails and office communication Schedule jobs and coordinate project timelines Assist with project scheduling and projections to keep jobs on track Communicate with team, customers, and vendors regarding scheduling Create and post invoices in QuickBooks Send statements and follow up on customer balances Reconcile and balance company checking account Track payments and assist with deposits Maintain organized records and files Support payroll and basic reporting General administrative duties
Requirements:
Required:
QuickBooks experience (invoicing, statements, reconciliation) Experience with scheduling or project coordination preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
