Full-Time or Part-Time (depending on experience and availability)
Compensation:
Pay DOE (Dependent on Experience) and hours worked Position Overview Proper Construction is seeking a motivated, organized, and well-rounded individual to join our growing team in an administrative and operations support role. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, has strong computer and organizational skills, and preferably has experience in residential construction or home building. The right candidate will play a key role in helping manage day-to-day operations and keeping projects moving efficiently. Responsibilities
  • Assist with project scheduling and coordination
  • Track budgets, invoices, and project expenses
  • Help process and pay bills
  • Update and organize estimates, proposals, and job costing information
  • Coordinate with municipalities and agencies for permitting and inspections
  • Maintain organized digital files and project documentation
  • Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and clients
  • Support office operations and assist management with daily tasks
  • Help keep projects, timelines, and administrative systems organized and current Qualifications
  • Strong computer and organizational skills required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, email, and basic office software
  • Experience with QuickBooks or construction management software is a plus
  • Residential construction or home building experience highly encouraged
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
  • Self-motivated and dependable
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Traits
  • Construction industry knowledge
  • Experience with permitting processes or project coordination
  • Attention to detail
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to adapt and grow with a fast-moving company Schedule Flexible depending on candidate availability and workload needs.
