Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service/Scheduler, where your energy and communication skills will drive exceptional client experiences! In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and efficient coordinator that keeps our operations running smoothly. Your multitasking abilities and attention to detail will ensure appointments are scheduled accurately, customer inquiries are handled professionally, and client needs are met with enthusiasm. Duties Manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in multiple languages if applicable Schedule appointments efficiently, balancing client needs with operational capacity using Microsoft Office tools and scheduling software Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive client relationships Enter data accurately into company databases, ensuring all client information and appointment details are up-to-date and organized Assist with outbound calling to confirm appointments, follow up on inquiries, or gather additional client information as needed Handle cash transactions and process payments securely when required Collaborate with team members to coordinate schedules, optimize appointment flow, and improve overall service delivery Skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities in English and other languages to serve diverse clients effectively Strong sales aptitude to promote services and enhance customer engagement Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or similar environment Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly convey information and build rapport Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills for data entry and scheduling tasks Outbound calling experience to proactively reach clients and confirm appointments or follow up on service requests Demonstrated analysis skills for managing schedules efficiently and resolving scheduling conflicts quickly Attention to detail in typing, data entry, cash handling, and maintaining accurate records Embark on a rewarding career where your proactive attitude makes a difference!
