Part-Time Office Administrator - Bilingual Genesis Business Management - 2.6 Las Vegas, NV Job Details Part-time $14 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Spanish Teamwork Customer service Basic math English Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Driver's License Data entry Clerical experience Productivity software Full Job Description About the Role Genesis Business Management Holdings, LLC is seeking a reliable, bilingual (English/Spanish) Part-Time Office Administrator to support daily administrative operations at our Las Vegas location. This position requires weekend availability and is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing excellent customer service and organizational support.
Schedule Friday:
12:00 PM - 8:30
PM Saturday & Sunday:
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Weekend availability is required. This is a weekend-based position. Key Responsibilities Assist with administrative duties including payroll support, timekeeping, and scheduling Perform daily time clock reconciliation Provide clerical support to the management team Handle filing, answering telephones, responding to emails, and operating office equipment (copier, fax) Communicate daily with employees regarding schedules and requests Restock supplies and uniforms as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment Assist with travel arrangements and monthly expense reports for management Deliver excellent customer service with a professional demeanor at all times Adhere to Genesis Business Management LLC appearance, safety, and uniform standards Requirements Bilingual - English/Spanish required (read, write, and speak both languages) High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree (AS/AA) preferred Valid Driver's License that meets insurance underwriting requirements Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) Computer proficiency (email, data entry, Microsoft Office or similar) Ability to lift and/or move at least 20 pounds occasionally Ability to stand, walk, and use hands throughout the shift Work Environment This position operates in a moderate-noise office environment.
