You'll ensure smooth daily operations, support executive leadership, and help create a workplace where communication, efficiency, and service excellence thrive. Your work keeps the team aligned, empowered, and the guest experience elevated. How You Will Create the
Extraordinary What You'll Do Executive Support:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare documents for the
GM & Executive Team Communication Hub:
Serve as the primary liaison between the GM, department leaders, corporate partners, and external stakeholders
Office Operations:
Oversee office workflows, maintain supplies, manage correspondence, and ensure a professional, organized environment
Project Coordination:
Assist with property initiatives, track deadlines, prepare reports, and support cross‑departmental projects
Confidential Administration:
Handle sensitive information with discretion, accuracy, and professionalism
Guest & Team Member Interaction:
Support guest relations and internal communications with warmth and
Family Style Service Event & Meeting Support:
Coordinate leadership meetings, team events, recognition activities, and property‑wide communications
Problem Solving:
