Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Powersports Dealership Administrative Manager to lead our administrative operations with energy and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily office functions, managing vendor relationships, coordinating payroll & HR, and ensuring acurate and timely accounting & AR/AP records. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive attitude, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for team management to create an efficient, welcoming environment that supports our dealership's growth and success. Join us to drive operational excellence and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, energetic setting. Responsibilities Oversee all administrative functions within the dealership, including office management, HR, dealership compliance, accounting support, process development. Coordinate vendor relationships, handle procurement processes, and manage contracts to ensure cost-effective service delivery Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using Lightspeed DMS and other accounting software; oversee payroll processing and human resources functions Handle filing systems, multi-line phone systems, calendar management, and ensure adherence to office procedures for smooth daily operations Skills Proven experience in office management or administrative roles within a dealership or similar environment Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead and develop a team effectively Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation Proficiency in Lightspeed, bookkeeping, payroll processing, budgeting, and vendor management tools Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Experience in training & development programs, and human resources functions Knowledge of front desk operations, filing systems, calendar management software, and multi-line phone systems Experienced MS Office user Join our energetic team where your organizational expertise will make a real impact! Pay:
$75,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
