Overview:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily office operations and providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
  • Duties:
  • Supervise and coordinate overall administrative activities
  • Manage clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
  • Handle vendor management including ordering supplies and maintaining vendor relationships
  • Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette in all communications
  • Efficiently manage calendars and appointments
  • Perform payroll duties accurately and in a timely manner
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in office management tasks
  • Strong clerical skills for maintaining organized records
  • Experience with payroll systems
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with vendor management processes
MUST BE QUICKBOOKS PROFICIENT WITH AT LEAST 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE MUST BE CONSTUCTION OFFICE LITERATE MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND CONTRACTS FOR JOB SPECIFICATIONS AND BILLING. MUST KNOW AIA BILLING MUST HAVE BASIC KNOWLEDGE OF INSURANCE POSSIBLE SEASONAL POSITION IN WINTER
