A professional services organization seeks an experienced Office Manager. This is a highly visible leadership opportunity requiring close collaboration with various departments. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee administrative support teams, ensuring exceptional service to attorneys and firm leadership. Partner with leadership to improve operational efficiency, workflow processes, technology adoption, and staff productivity. Manage office administration, ensuring compliance with firm policies, procedures, and operational standards. Provide coaching, employee relations support, performance management, recruiting, onboarding, and staff development. Oversee payroll-related activities, time-off administration, and office-level HR functions. Coordinate office initiatives that enhance engagement, culture, and collaboration. Manage office operations, facilities, budgets, and vendor/building relationships while identifying cost-saving opportunities. Maintain workplace safety standards and support office projects, relocations, and integrations as needed. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of office management leadership experience supporting professional services environments; law firm experience strongly preferred. Human Resources experience preferred. Proven leadership ability with a hands-on, service-oriented management style. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with sound business judgment. Experience implementing policies, improving processes, and driving operational excellence. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong technology proficiency and ability to leverage office systems and tools effectively. Demonstrated success building strong relationships with attorneys, leadership, and staff.
