Full Job Description Job Summary:
Children's Legal Center is seeking an experienced office manager for its downtown office. The position requires experience with case management systems / software, payroll, billing, legal drafting, and general office duties. Office Manager Duties & Responsibilities Oversees general office operations and gives regular reports to the Chief Attorney Coordinates appointments and manages staff and attorney calendars Manages filing systems, including opening and closing case files Manages IT infrastructure in house and coordinates with IT provider Manages office budget, including submitting expense vouchers, attorney vouchers and payroll for attorneys and staff Manages personnel benefits and all necessary insurances Responds to staff and attorney queries regarding all office management issues Designs work systems and office policy Designs correspondence templates for office; manages correspondence when needed Onboards new hires Oversees reception and administration staff
Requirements:
Minimum of two years office management experience (required) Law office experience (required) Proficiency with case management systems / software (required) Familiarity with Family Law (strongly preferred) Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field (preferred) Exceptional organizational skills Excellent written, computer and communication skills
