Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our office environment. This role is essential in ensuring smooth administrative workflows, and providing exceptional customer support. Duties Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for meetings, appointments, and events using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Handle data entry, filing, proofreading, and document organization to maintain accurate records and support administrative functions Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and supporting client needs with professionalism and courtesy Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks accounting software to track expenses and manage invoices Coordinate and schedule local & long distance moves Resolve Customer concerns and complaints Process claims and damage reports Prepare contracts, estimates, invoices and other documents Monitor inventory of office materials Assist with Payroll & Human Resources Assist with Accounts Receivable & Payable Skills
MUST HAVE PRIOR OFFICE MANAGER EXPERIENCE
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace for document creation, email management, and collaboration Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support Knowledge of bookkeeping practices using QuickBooks software is advantageous Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to multitask across various responsibilities including calendar management and data entry
Pay:
$26.00 - $31.00 per hour
