Office Manager / Light Bookkeeper, Part Time Lansing, NY $22.28 - $36.10 an hour - Part-time $22.28 - $36.10 an hour - Part-time A small business in Lansing NY is seeking an office manager capable of handling light bookkeeping and basic accounting needs. The ideal candidate must be familiar with QuickBooks on line and understand basic cost accounting practices. Other duties include and not subject to scheduling, Reporting, HR and provided assistant to the owner. The ideal candidate needs to be dedicated with detail and accuracy, willing to work in finance and general office clerical duties. This position is in-person, part time during regular business hours. The hours range from 16-24 hrs per week depending on skill level and demand.
