Our top general contractor client seeks a construction office admin Qualifications for construction office admin Candidate should have exposure to: Accounts payable Accounts receivable Weekly payroll benefits payroll General office administration Seeking a candidate with 1-20+ years of experience in a construction office setting Tracking, preparation, and coordination of bid packages update statements Request bid bonds and insurance certificates Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong organizational skills with an effective ability to prioritize tasks Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Experience with calendar management and scheduling Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment Competent file management skills, both physical and digital Meticulous attention to detail with a focus on accuracy Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Responsibilities of construction office admin Responsibilities include supporting the Office Manager with daily administrative tasks such as assisting with bid submissions. Managing and overseeing office supplies and inventory Professionally answering phone calls and handling inquiries Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department Coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members Maintaining calendars and scheduling appointments Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and various documents Handling confidential information with discretion Supervising office maintenance and repairs Contributing to the development of training programs for new employees Up to 65k DOE #NYB123
