We are a high-volume, multi-territory locally owned and operated family owned franchise. This crucial role ensures smooth administrative workflows, maintains a welcoming front desk presence, and supports overall office efficiency of all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and strong customer service skills. As an Office Manager, you will be the backbone of our administrative functions, ensuring that all office activities run seamlessly and efficiently. Duties Call leads in a timely manner and follow up appropriately to schedule consultations for our sales team Manage orders in our CRM system to record payments, and accurately update customer journey statuses Provide exceptional customer service support by responding promptly to in-person visits and inquiries via phone or email and assisting clients or visitors as needed Oversee front desk operations, greeting visitors and managing phone system with professionalism and courtesy Coordinate calendar management and scheduling for the sales and installation teams Manage office supplies inventory, procurement, and cleanliness of the showroom Handle data entry Maintain office computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, as well as our own CRM system for documentation and communication Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry applications Excellent phone etiquette skills with the ability to manage multi-line phone systems effectively Prior experience in customer service is a plus Strong typing skills and notetaking Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques Join us as an Office Manager to bring energy, organization, and professionalism to our vibrant workplace.
