JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is currently hiring a Part-Time Office Administrator for one of our clients in the SaaS industry. This individual will support their New York office 3 days a week. In this role, the office administrator will provide overall support to the office operations and help to maintain a positive and enjoyable work environment. The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Basic office management in a shared space
  • Planning and preparing corporate events for employees
  • Prepare and ship laptops to employees
  • Order office supplies
  • Arrange breakfast and/or lunch meetings in the office
  • Welcome new joiners
  • Parcels preparation and shipment
  • Manage laptop returns from remote employees
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional office setting
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to work required schedule (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm) -Willing to complete ad hoc tasks as needed
Compensation:
$20-$22 an hour. Commission is also offered based on performance. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
