Job Description

Job Overview At SB&K we treat you like family! We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Secretary/Assistant Office Manager/Accountant to join our team! This vital role combines administrative excellence with office management expertise to ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. Duties Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and warmth Operate multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and courteously while providing exceptional customer support Perform data entry, maintain filing systems, and ensure all records are organized and up-to-date Bookkeeping using QuickBooks or 1099-ETC IRS correspondences Provide administrative support including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and managing email communications Qualifications Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong clerical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools Familiarity with QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Strong typing skills coupled with high computer literacy and data entry accuracy Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for engaging with clients, vendors, and visitors Previous experience in personal assistant roles or office experience preferred Location Please don't apply if your location is 30 minutes away from the office
