Job Description

Office Manager In this role you will manage of the day to day business operations of the office with a focus on assuring prompt delivery of quality home health care services to our clients. You will also serve as a member of the agency's Quality Assurance (QA) Committee. A minimum of two year's experience in a Licensed Home Care Services Agency is required.
Responsibilities and Duties Health Care Services Management:
Supervise and assists in the appropriate staffing of client service requests based on client need and staff qualifications Oversee supervisory responsibilities delegated to Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors, Oversee Home Health Aide/PCA training programs and timely completion of SPT's through supervision of the instructors
Business Operations Management:
Accountable for ensuring all field and office staff duties are fulfilled Ensure contract compliance and joint venture activity administration Accurate information gathering and assessment for recordkeeping of billing and payroll Responsible for full employment cycle for field and office staff; recruitment, screening, recommendations for employment, performance reviews, promotions and terminations. Establishment and maintenance of all personnel and patient/client records per state law and company policy Responsible for supervising the Incident/Complaint Reporting process, following up on incidents or complaints and ensuring proper and timely communication with Corporate Office personnel. Participate in community outreach, business development and building new relationships. Participate in after-hours /weekend on-call rotation as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of two year's experience in a Licensed Home Care Services Agency is required. Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration a plus Bi-lingual/Spanish required Excellent verbal and written communication skills
