Job Description

Assistant office Manager / Office Secretary Auto Body we are an Auto body shop looking for a reliable, organized, tech savvy, and personable individual to join our team as an Assistant office Manager / Office Secretary. We're looking for someone professional, friendly, and motivated who can help keep daily office operations running smoothly while creating a welcoming experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and assisting customers professionally Scheduling appointments and providing repair updates Managing invoices, paperwork, emails, and office organization Communicating with insurance companies and customers Assisting with day to day office and shop operations Maintaining a welcoming and professional front office environment
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills Highly personable, professional, and organized Tech savvy and comfortable learning new systems and software Ability to multitask and stay organized Dependable with a strong work ethic Previous office or auto industry experience is a plus, but not required
