Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office & Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of our small U.S. office and warehouse. This is an entry-level position suitable for someone who is organized, comfortable with basic computer tasks, and able to assist with light warehouse duties. The position may also require occasional work and coordination between the U.S. warehouse and our warehouse in Morrisburg, Canada. Key Responsibilities Office Duties (50%) Answer phone calls and emails Perform basic data entry (Excel, simple inventory software, shipment records) Print labels, prepare documents, and maintain filing systems Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with the Canada office Conduct simple customer follow-ups when needed Warehouse Duties (50%) Receive shipments from Canada Check, count, and store incoming goods Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments Maintain a clean and organized warehouse area Occasionally assist with arranging local pickups and deliveries Support warehouse operations between the U.S. warehouse and the Morrisburg, Canada warehouse as required Requirements Basic computer skills (email, Excel, label printing) Able to lift 20-30 lbs Responsible, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn Authorized to work in the U.S & Canada. Basic English communication skills Nice to Have Experience in retail, warehouse, office, or customer service environments Familiarity with shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx/USPS) Work Schedule & Compensation Full-time, Monday-Friday Compensation based on experience
