- Friday Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team!
This vital role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment, providing exceptional support to staff, clients, and visitors alike. As the backbone of daily administrative functions, you will manage a variety of tasks that keep our workplace running seamlessly. Primary Job Function:
Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to overseeing the technicians, maintain company vehicles, truck logs, special ordered parts and inventory. Troubleshoot concerns from the field and document any/all accidents, safety concerns or customer problems. Collaborate on scheduling, billing, and estimates. Manage and maintain the shop and yard. Answer overflow calls and light scheduling. Greet walk in customers and assist on jobs in the field as needed.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED Customer service skills Knowledge of the industry Computer skills, Organizational skills Ability to multi-task Geographical knowledge of the area Willingness to be a team player Interest to continued education to stay current for the best practices within the industry Valid Driver's license
Daily Tasks:
Confirm technicians are prepped for the day, and assist them loading trucks. Collaborate with the owner, book keeper, and scheduling coordinator. Assist on jobs in the field as needed. Inspect trucks, collect job sheets, restock materials and keep record of low inventory, keep warehouse and yard neat and organized. Assist with incoming customer calls when its busy. Check in deliveries, give returns to vendors, handle warranty items, Print and restock job sheets, invoices, etc. Maintain cleanliness of shop, yard, and trucks. Run materials to job sites.
