Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly organized and bilingual (English/Chinese) Office Manager & Bookkeeper to oversee daily office operations, manage financial records, and support administrative functions within our dynamic organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with experience in office management, bookkeeping, and human resources. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a professional environment that values efficiency, accuracy, and team collaboration. Responsibilities Direct overall office operations, optimizing both digital and physical filing systems for maximum workplace efficiency. Take charge of calendar management, seamlessly scheduling meetings, appointments, and corporate events. Execute end-to-end bookkeeping processes, ensuring strict accuracy in invoicing and financial data entry. Facilitate marketing activities through vendor collaboration, budget tracking, and hands-on support for campaign rollouts.
Qualifications:
Language:
Excellent English (Written & Spoken); Conversational Chinese is required.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in bookkeeping.
Software:
