We're looking for a highly organized, upbeat, and resourceful Office Administrator to be the operational backbone of our workplace. If you're someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly, loves planning a great event, and genuinely enjoys supporting a busy team — this role was made for you. This is a hands-on, in-person position where no two days look exactly the same. You'll work closely with leadership, support every department, and be the person everyone counts on to keep the office looking, feeling, and functioning at its best. Partial Duty List as
Follows:
Greet and assist customers in office. Running daily and weekly office operations — keeping common areas clean, organized, and stocked Answering and routing a multi-line phone system; providing basic info about our services and entering support tickets as needed Planning and executing monthly company events, Bagel Fridays, birthday celebrations, and quarterly offsite events Coordinating new hire lunches, client meeting setups, and in-office guest experiences. Managing office supply inventory and vendor relationships within budget Overseeing our small company vehicle fleet — scheduling, maintenance coordination, and bookings Supporting the logistics team with shipping, receiving, and FedEx delivery notifications Assisting the CEO with scheduling, communications, time tracking in ConnectWise, and day-to-day priorities Running occasional errands for the office and CEO Assist Management Team with various tasks as requested. Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail Warm, professional demeanor — you're often the first face clients and visitors see Ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment Comfortable with light tech tools (Microsoft 365, scheduling systems, etc.) Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive information Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) A genuine love of people and a "no task is beneath me" attitude Prior experience in office administration, executive assistance, or event coordination is a plus — but the right attitude and work ethic matter most to us.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Standard shift is 8:30am to 5:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Familiarity with technology and IT services a major plus.
