Job Description

We are a thriving, patient-centric dental practice looking for a powerhouse Treatment Plan Coordinator who understands that presenting care is an art form. If you are comfortable talking about large numbers, view financial objections as a puzzle to solve rather than a "No," and possess the art of persuasion , we want you on our team. This isn't just a desk job—it's a production-driven role with a direct track to Office Management for the right leader. What You'll Do (Responsibilities): Close the
Deal:
Present comprehensive treatment plans to patients, confidently communicating the clinical "why" behind the doctor's recommendations. Own the
Financial Conversation:
Discuss costs, insurance breakdowns, and copays transparently. You will guide patients through third-party financing (CareCredit, Proceed, etc.) to make care affordable.
Overcome Barriers:
Masterfully navigate financial objections and patient hesitation, shifting the focus from "cost" to "value."
Drive Production Goals:
Take ownership of the daily, weekly, and monthly practice production goals. You'll actively track case acceptance rates and follow up on unscheduled treatment.
Lead & Advance:
Shadow current leadership, master practice metrics, and develop the team-building skills necessary to step into an Office Manager role. What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Experience:
Minimum of [2] years in dental/medical treatment coordinating or high-ticket sales (luxury retail, gym memberships, or insurance sales backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply!).
Pay:
$25.00 - $34.00 per hour
