Seeking a Regional Business Office Manager (BOM) professional to support multiple skilled nursing facilities across NY/NJ. Travel required (4-5 days/week, 3-4 sites).
Responsibilities:
Oversee billing, collections, and financial records; support hiring and onboarding of business office staff; conduct site visits, audits, and follow-ups; ensure compliance; monitor residents, families, and payers.
Qualifications:
3+ years in a Business Office/Healthcare billing role Skilled Nursing Facility experience required Familiar with Medicare, Medicaid (including applications & conversions), and insurance claims Leadership and multi-site experience preferred but not required Ability to travel extensively throughout
