Business Office Management responsibilities:
Maintain adequate office supplies and equipment for use in business office. Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis to the governing body as required and directed. Ensure the "Resident Bill of Rights" is adhered to in matters related to the business office duties. Maintain facility insurance programs Keep informed on all local, state, and federal requirements related to the position Maintain an accurate resident census on a daily basis Handle all correspondences related to the business office function Verify resident accounts, verify charges, and transmit accurate information for billing
Human Resource Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate employee files and information, ensuring Department of Health requirements are met Collect, input, and report time card information to payroll Investigate any employee concerns and work with staff and Administration to resolve Routinely update the employee contact list Process new employees and follow the HR Orientation checklist
Applicant Requirements:
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word Excel) Excellent Customer Service skills Promote positive community interaction Management experience preferred
