Office Manager The role of an Office Manager is crucial to the smooth operation of any business. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Manager in Akron, Ohio. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the office
Coordinate and communicate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
Develop and implement office policies and procedures
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
Handle scheduling, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees
Assist with HR tasks such as recruiting, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
Maintain office budget and track expenses
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements related to the office
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
Excellent organizational and time management skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this position.
