Job Description

Office Manager We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all administrative tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging travel if necessary
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage office budget and expenses
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
  • Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Other duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management or administrative role
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Previous experience working with budgets preferred
Salary:
Starting at $1700 per month with potential for growth based on performance.

Note:
