Job Description
Office Manager We are a dynamic and growing company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Akron. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, managing day-to-day administrative tasks, and providing support to our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative tasks including answering calls, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies
Maintain and update company databases and records
Coordinate meetings and events, including booking venues and arranging travel if necessary
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Manage office budget and expenses
Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Ensure the office is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Other duties as assigned by upper management
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years experience in an office management or administrative role
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Previous experience working with budgets preferred
Salary:
Starting at $1700 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
