Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests, and incoming calls
  • Greeting and assist visitors in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
  • Ensure all guests are properly signed in and directed appropriately
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment
  • Manage company phone lines, route calls, and take accurate messages as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office appearance in common areas, front desk, conference rooms, and other areas
  • Support daily general office administrative functions to ensure efficient workflow
  • Assist with copying, scanning, printing, filing, and document organization
  • Oversee incoming and outgoing mail distribution
  • Coordinate receipt, sorting, and delivery of packages and courier items
  • Prepare outgoing mail and shipments as needed
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Coordinate office supply deliveries and organize supply storage areas
  • Communicate with office vendors regarding services, deliveries, maintenance, and supply needs
  • Coordinate internal meetings, including scheduling conference rooms and preparing meeting spaces
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of meetings, including food, beverages, and materials
  • Assist with event coordination
  • Support office food and beverage inventory and restocking for team members and meetings
  • Ensure conference rooms and shared spaces are maintained and presentation ready
  • Provide administrative support for Corporate Service requests as assigned
  • Assist leadership and other divisions with clerical and organizational tasks
  • Help monitor office-related expenses and inventory controls assigned
  • Support special projects and additional duties as assigned Corporate Administrator (Front Desk) duties include but are not limited to these responsibilities and may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years administrative experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with phone systems
  • Time management and high attention to detail
  • Excellent organization (Internal and External) abilities
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast-paced environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills to interact clearly with customers, vendors, and other team members
  • Ability to recognize and capitalize on efficiencies during the process
  • Ability to use good judgement
  • Capable of working independently or in a team environment Physical Requirements
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test
