We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Insurance Office and Account Manager to join our team! This role is vital in delivering exceptional customer service, managing insurance accounts, and driving sales growth through effective communication and strategic outreach. As an integral part of our organization, you will oversee client relationships, facilitate insurance sales, and coordinate administrative functions to ensure smooth operations. Your energetic approach and strong negotiation skills will help us expand our client base while providing personalized solutions tailored to each customer's needs. Responsibilities Manage existing insurance accounts by providing ongoing support, policy updates, and benefits administration Engage with clients using excellent communication skills to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements Conduct retail sales activities by promoting insurance services at various events or locations Maintain detailed sales administration records, including client interactions, policy changes, and follow-up actions Analyze market trends and customer feedback to enhance marketing strategies and improve service delivery Ensure compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) when handling sensitive information Collaborate with team members across departments to streamline customer service processes and improve overall client satisfaction Utilize multilingual skills to serve diverse clientele effectively Qualifications Strong computer and typing skills; knowledge in Excel, Outlook Strong communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual abilities are highly preferred Strong organization skills Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing client needs and market opportunities A plus but not required: Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems for tracking client interactions and sales progress A plus but not required: Knowledge of insurance products, benefits administration, and customer service best practices Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Multilingual proficiency is a plus for serving diverse communities effectively Join us in delivering outstanding insurance solutions while building meaningful relationships with clients!
